PROJECT SUMMARY:                                                                                        © David Gibb Photography

Jefferson Elementary was built in 1955 and has 28 classrooms on its 13 acre campus.  This project included enclosing walkways to outer buildings, new roofing, heating/ventilation and air conditioning upgrades, security and new flooring.  By upgrading the heating & ventilation and installing flooring instead of carpet, classrooms will have less allergens, better air quality for students.  Flooring is also found to last 30-40 years instead of carpet which lasts 10-15, and is easier to maintain.
